FAQ

  1. How long have you been in business?
We have served Kansas City for over 25 years working with homeowners just like you.
  2. Is a deposit required before the start of the job?
A deposit is not required. Most consumer advocate groups strongly discourage working with companies that require deposits because of the history of contractors taking deposits and not completing the project. You don’t pay us until the project is complete and you are satisfied.
  3. What is your warranty?
Each manufacturer provides a material warranty which we complete and present to you upon the completion of the project. Our labor warranty is clearly written in our bid and depends on the project, typically 2 – 5 years, which is the industry standard. Since warranties are only as good as the company providing them, we have been standing behind our work for 25 years and plan to continue for many years to come.
  4. Are you insured?
Yes, we have General Liability insurance and Worker’s Compensation coverage, providing you with the safety factor homeowners need.
  5. Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed by the Johnson County Contractor License office. In order to pull permits most cities require this license, copies of our insurance and city occupational licenses to perform work in their jurisdiction.
  6. Can you provide references?
Absolutely. Most customers call us after a friend, family member or co-worker has referred us so you can start there. If that’ s not the case, we have maintained a list of customers addresses, products used and the date of install. When it comes to referrals, we’ve got you covered.
