How we hire

Three steps to join the team

We move quickly while protecting the Maverick customer experience. Expect transparent communication throughout the process.

1. Introduce yourself

Share your background, recent projects, and availability. Crews should include trade focus, crew size, and insurance requirements.

2. Working session

Meet with our leadership team to review sample scopes, expectations, and compensation. Crews may be invited to a paid test project.

3. Onboarding & first project

Complete onboarding paperwork, safety orientation, and system training. We assign your first project and align on timelines.
